Our Membership Portal provides a secure and convenient way for members to view account details, update personal information, make payments and manage bookings all in one place.

Booking Procedure 2026

Membership subscription fees are requested to be paid  by 5th  June 2026. Accommodation bookings cannot be made until your subscription payment has been received.    

All bookings must be completed via our online booking system with full payment required at the time of the booking.  Confirmation will be received via the automated online booking system.  Please ensure that the club has your current email address.

Bookings for the winter season open  Monday 27th April 2026, (please note these dates are subject to change each year).

There are three booking periods:


Monday 27th April 2026 – Sunday 3rd May 2026
Bookings accepted from financial members, and  one guest per ADULT member only
Monday 4th May 2026 – Sunday 10th May 2026Bookings accepted from financial members, and one guest per adult and junior member
Monday 11th May 2026 onwards Bookings accepted from financial members and unlimited guests (space permitting)

  General Booking Rules

  • A member is responsible for ensuring that the total payment of the booking is paid in FULL, in one single payment.  
  • A booking will NOT be confirmed until FULL payment by the member is received.  
  • All bookings will be handled by the club’s Booking Officer.  
  • Guests must be accompanied by a member throughout their  entire  stay.  
  • Child accommodation rates are incurred from 2-18 years of age   and a bed will be allocated.
  • Bookings are not transferable to another member.  
  • Children under 6 years will be aloocated a lower bunk, for safety reasons.

We want everyone to enjoy a safe, welcoming, and comfortable stay at our lodges. If you notice something that needs attention—whether it’s a maintenance concern, safety issue, or anything that could make the lodge experience better—please let us know. Your feedback helps us keep the lodges in great condition for all members and guests. Raising an issue early helps us address things quickly.
